Turkey Bacon Egg Bake

3/4 pound turkey bacon -- cooked and diced
4 large eggs -- lightly beaten
1 red onion -- chopped
16 ounces hash browns, frozen -- thawed
1/2 cup skim milk
1 1/2 cups reduced fat cheddar cheese -- shredded
1 red bell pepper -- chopped
vegetable cooking spray

Preheat oven to 350.

Spray cooking spray in skillet and saute onions and peppers until tender.

In a large bowl, combine eggs, onions, peppers, hash browns, milk, cheddar
cheese, and bacon. Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 baking pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes.
