Sweet and Garlicky Pork Chops

1 1/2 pounds pork loin, lean, boneless -- cut into 6 chops
1 tablespoon garlic -- minced
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup soy sauce, low sodium
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon ginger -- fresh, grated
1 teaspoon black pepper

Mix all ingredients except chops. Put chops into a freezer bag, pour
marinade over them. Label and place in freezer.

Take out and thaw for 24 hours prior to serving. (The chops well marinate
while thawing.) Then either bake, cook on stovetop, or grill. You could
also pour it all into a crockpot.
