Cashew Pea Salad

1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise -- (or Miracle Whip free)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
10 ounces frozen peas -- thawed and drained
2 cups cauliflower flowerets
8 ounces waterchestnuts, canned -- sliced and drained
1/4 cup red onion -- chopped
1/4 cup cashews -- halved

Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice and dill until well blended. Add all
remaining ingredients except cashews. Mix well. Refrigerate. Sprinkle
with cashews just before serving.
