{X-Rated and handing out sandwiches to all the homeless people that are circling him reaching for the free food that is being handed out to them. X-Rated hands everyone a sandwich as the last few homeless people leave}

X-Rated: “I know what everyone is thinking, “What is X-Rated doing handing out sandwiches to homeless people, we all know he is a self centered, egotistical jerk who only cares about himself.” Well you are wrong, I’m not any of those thinks, although I do play one on T.V. But the reason I am here, is because Corey told me that I should see the other side of Phoenix, so I left the tourist district behind and came right to the slums. The darker side of Phoenix, and I have to say, there isn’t much to be feared here. I mean all that I have seen thus far is a whole lot of drunken homeless people just looking for something to eat, which is why I brought the food. Its always nice to give back when you have the ability to do so.”

{X-Rated hops down off the crate that he was standing on. He grabs the coolers that the sandwiches were stored in, and loads them into the back of his Lincoln Navigator and closes the tail gate.} X-Rated: “Now, it’s time to get serious here. The other day Corey come on ICWL Television and said a lot of crap. About it being lonely on the top, and that being on the top just means you are on your way to the bottom, you know a lot of deep meaningful crap. And all of its true, every last word of it…….If you are a former Champion. See Corey I know you have been an ICWL World Champion, hell I even ordered ICWL on Demand just to watch that match in particular, and I give you credit, you put up one hell of a fight for the World Championship and you certainly earned the right to be called World Champion, but I also know, shortly after you won the World Championship, ICWL interest fell to an all time low, to the point where Sugar J had to file bankrupt and close the ICWL all together! Let’s face it, the fans took you as serious as a World Champion as they take Union Jack as a #1 Contender, you aren’t fooling anyone! Corey, I want you at your best, I want you to come out on Wednesday night and look for revenge and I want to be the only thing that is on your mind from now until Wednesday, but just remember, this is a one time shot, after Wednesday you will not be getting another shot at the World Championship.”

X-Rated: “Corey, my ego hasn’t gotten the best of me, not by a long shot. Stepping in the ring with you isn’t going to be a cake walk, don’t think for a moment I think it will be, but I can tell you this much, the outcome of our match is going to be just like every other match, a sure victory. Does that make me a bit conceded maybe it does, or maybe it makes me a little sure of myself. Time will tell which it truly is, but if I were to put money on it, I would have to say I’m just sure of myself!”

{X-Rated removes his sunglasses.}

X-Rated “Look into my eyes Corey, look deep in these eyes. Tell me what you see, do you see fear? Do you see someone who is afraid of a real challenge? No, what you see is determination, in its purest form. You see everyone keeps talking about the old days, the glory days of the ICWL, well Corey take a long hard look around you, those days are long gone now. I am the present, and future of the ICWL. I am the new standard in which all other superstars both current and future are measured by. Corey, you may very well have been great once in the ICWL, but now, you are nothing more then a washed up, broke down, tired piece of crap, that is no better then Anthrax. Sure the fans may have reacted in a positive way upon your return, but it will only be a matter of time before the fans turn on you like they did Anthrax. You think you are good enough now, as washed up as you are to take the World Championship away from me?”

{X-Rated starts laughing, then puts his sunglasses back on}

X-Rated: “Man that is one of the funniest things I have heard in a while. Phoenix you might not be smart enough to know when to stay down, and you might raise from the ashes more times then Michael Jackson escapes child molestation charges, but even he was smart enough to leave the country well he was still able to do so. So take a lesson from MJ and get out of the ICWL well you are still able to do so, on your own power, because after Wednesday night, you will be nothing more then a memory left on the fans of the glory days minds. Welcome to the year 2006, there are new glory days in the ICWL, and these days have surpassed anything you were able to do in your prime let alone now.”

X-Rated: “You know up until now I have been pretty laid back, I have sat back and just let people say and do what they wanted. People have called me everything from a paper champion to PG13-Rated. I am flatted by the fact that you have all taken much time out of your lives to come up with these witty one liners, but now I think it’s time that I show each and every person in the ICWL what exactly the “X” stands for in X-Rated. You see, in the beginning of my career I was one of the most feared men to step in the ring with, because of the damage I could inflict on a human being in the matter of mere moments. And now I think it’s time I bring that to the ICWL, so Corey, consider yourself lucky, because I am going to change the rules up a little bit for the Main Event at Takedown, I am going to make it an extreme rules match, and I will show you and the world just what the ‘X’ truly means!.”
