-=A PPW camera comes on inside what appears to be a penthouse over looking the Las Vegas Strip. The far wall is just a huge panoramic window. There is a large plasma Television on another wall, with a bar in the corner that has crystal bottles filled with what one would assume to be alcohol. There is a set of double doors on the wall opposite of the Television, however they are closed so what is beyond them is unknown. Suddenly one of the doors opens and X-Rated comes out from the other room. He is wearing a dark green dress shirt with black dress paints. He walks over to the bar and pours himself a glass of dark liquor, he motions to Chris Collins offering him a drink to which he declines. X-Rated walks over a black Leather chair and motions to Chris Collins to sit on the couch. =-

Chris Collins: “First off, I would like to start off by asking you to give us a little background about you so that our fans may get the chance to know you.”

X-Rated: “Background? Mr. Collins I shall have you know, that just my name is background enough for anyone. I have been a household name for longer then you have owned your trailer! I am X-Rated, I am greater then any legend, More mystifying then any myth, I am in a class of my own, in which no man can come close to, I am X-Rated, the only True Talent the PPW has ever seen!”

Chris Collins: “Well you certainly seem sure of yourself.”

X-Rated: “I know what you are thinking, this guy has to be the most conceited person you have ever met, and you are dead wrong! It’s not conceited when the facts speak for themselves! I have held championships from here to Japan; I have battled some of the toughest men in this industry! I have stood toe to toe with all challenges. I have been in some of the bloodiest matches you could think of. And I have withstood it all. I am everything I say I am, and it’s only a matter of time until the PPW will be turn on its ear and be forced to take notice!”

Chris Collins: “That may be so, but you have never been a part of the PPW. The PPW is home to some of the most sadistic men in this industry, and some of the most talented athletes to ever grace a wrestling ring, here or anywhere else for that matter. For you to come in to the PPW and declare yourself the, and I quote, “The only True Talent the PPW has ever seen” is a pretty bold statement.”

X-Rated: “You’re right; it is a very bold statement. I mean the PPW does have some pretty impressive guys on the roster. Why do you think I signed a contract the PPW? I mean, lets face it, every promotion wants the True Talent on their Roster. Why you may ask, well I will tell you why. Its basic algebra my friend X=Ratings! Every promotion I have been a part of, has benefited greatly from my presences! Just having my name of the marquee is a guaranteed sell out. I have single handily lifted promotions from the very brink of corporate death. So you can sit there and look down on me Mr. Collins, and think that I’m nothing more then a flamboyant, arrogant, conceited, pompous ass but the fact still remains, whether you want to believe it or not, I am still every thing I said I am, and so much more!”

Chris Collins: “Fine, and I guess you get your chance to prove it coming up at mutilation when you square off with an established PPW Superstar in Lightning!”

X-Rated: “You know, that is perhaps the only thing that made me question the intelligence of the PPW staff. Lightning, a guy that isn’t fit to hold my jock strap, is a, and now I quote, “Established Superstar”. I mean this is the same Lightning that in the CEWF, during its desperate period, was nothing more then an opening act, second match at best. And he comes here to the PPW and here is a “Superstar”? I guess that goes to show you, just how bad the PPW really needed me in the first place. Lightning should be setting up the ring, not wrestling in it. So yes, I will get my chance to “Prove Myself” to the PPW staff, fans, and roster alike at Mutilation.”

Chris Collins: “Those are some pretty harsh words about Lightning. Now I have done some research on the CEWF, as a few members of the roster where part of the organization, and I have to say, it was a great federation for a time, it was as if it couldn’t be beat, but it’s my understanding that it was poor management that ultimately led to its demise”

X-Rated: “Well, regardless it’s neither here not there. Lightning was a part of the CEWF during its “hay day” and stayed with the company, very much like me, to the bitter end. As for the words being harsh I wouldn’t say that. Lightning knows, just like I do, that he couldn’t measure up then, and there is no way he can measure up now. I know what he is going to say, “I’m not the same Lightning you knew the CEWF, I have grown, changed, become better, and stronger” well he can save his six million dollar man speech for someone who gives a damn. Lightning, think what you want, and just remember that as you were “Growing and improving” I already perfected it, I am just as good now as I was then, and I don’t care how much you have changed, because a Hard-on doesn’t count as personal growth! I seen you in the Battle Royal last week, I seen all you did, but lets face it in the end , just like everything else in life, you came up just a little to short! I would say you are a choke artist, but that would be an insult to chock artists everywhere.”

Chris Collins: “I’m getting the impression you don’t like Lightning all that much, is there some history between the two of you that we here in the PPW should maybe know about?”

X-Rated: “Is their history between us? No not really, I mean even in the CEWF at the start of my career Lightning wasn’t in the same league as me. No there is no major bad blood between the two of us, I just don’t like talentless, worthless people calling themselves “Superstars” when they don’t even know what a real “superstar” is! It’s like this, Lightning has had a decent career in Professional wrestling, I will give the guy a bit of credit, I mean he was one of the top cruiserweights in the CEWF, but if you look at the talent pool that made up that division, to say you are the best of the worse, really doesn’t say all that much about a person. I mean the Cruiserweight division was far from the CEWF’s strong point. Now, I said I would give him credit, and well here is where I give Lightning credit, he was the CEWF North American champion, I championship I once held for that organization. Lightning did win the Championship on his own, with out the help of anyone else, and he did go on to hold the championship for a little while, but again, he didn’t really face anyone worth mentioning! He didn’t face the likes of Jack The Ripper, Dark Soul, Fury, or even the Red Meanie! Where I stepped in the ring with those men night after night, scratching and clawing my way to the World Championship, a title for which I held for just over nine months, facing the best of the best in the CEWF, in a some of their most dangerous matches, leaving the crowd, and wrestlers alike wondering if there wasn’t anything I wouldn’t do. I took everything thrown at me, and stood strong in the end! So does Lightning deserve my respect? NO! Lightning was content being the best of the worse, never once trying to become something better, not once stepping in the ring with someone that might actually be able to beat him. Sure, Lightning has come the PPW, and made a name for himself here, and I’m sure if I were to go back through the PPW video tapes I would find one or two good matches, something for him to be proud of, but that still doesn’t put him on the same level as me. And he will find that out soon enough”

Chris Collins: “So what you are saying is if Lightning were to beat you at Mutilation you are saying it would be an upset victory?”

X-Rated “No, what I am saying is that there is NO WAY Lightning is going to beat me. I’m telling you right here and right now, so listen closely, I am more then just flash and talking trash, I am True Talent, my history speaks for itself. Lightning has about as good of a chance of beating me at Mutilation as you do of getting laid without having to pay for it. And if you don’t believe me, then you will find out for yourself when I step in the ring with him now wont you?”

Chris Collins: “Well, I guess that concludes this interview then I look forward to witnessing your debut, and would like to wish you good luck.”

X-Rated: “Good, and you can keep your good luck wishes, and send them to Lightning because he is going to need all the luck in the world if he wants any chance of winning at Mutilation.”

-=Chris Collins stands up and extends his hand towards X-Rated, however X-Rated just looks at it. Chris lowers his hand slowly, and makes his way out of the penthouse, as the camera fades to black. =-
