Daggers (knives, katars, swordbreakers, tiger claws) and Swords (straight, curved, rapiers)
DAGGERS AND KNIVES- KNIVES Knife DT in hydra style hits face, while WWT if using 2 knives does a feint attack. WT in viper stabs neck. WS in flea style cuts neck, while WT stabs neck. WT in mongoose hits face. DWP with Expert Knife Fighter is 2 attacks, the first hits body and on a critical the follow-up will be an internal 'rip' attack. DWT is 3 attacks, and DWS is 3 attacks. Butterfly Knives Mostly the same techniques as knives but with a few additional tech such as wwss(quick attack) and dp(high defence). DAGGERS Dagger Same techniques as knife but slightly better damage. Stiletto Same techniques as knife but used primarily for pierce attacks. Sacrificial Dagger Used by demons to regain mana. FENCING DAGGERS Main Gauche Same techniques as knife but more defensive and protects hands. SAMURAI DAGGERS Tanto DS in rhino style cuts body, neck and arms, while WS cuts body. WS in hawk style cuts head, while DS cuts arms, neck, body and head. WS in flea cuts neck, while DS cuts arms, body and neck. TS in flea stabs face or body on the first strike then stabs neck on the second. WT in mongoose stabs face. SWORDBREAKERS Swordbreaker Similar to Knives but can break swords. Tiger Claw Emulates claws by allowing you to pick high, low, or medium strike and can break swords. KATARS Katar Similar to Tiger Claws by allowing you to pick high, medium, or low strike but can't break swords. PART 2: SWORDS- LARGE SWORDS Greatsword The greatsword has the best damage of all the swords and can only be used effectively when assisted. DDD is counter-attack and WWS in hawk style cuts off hands, while WWT cuts neck. When assisted it gains +25% to att/def, and +50% damage. Bastard sword The bastard sword has better attack and defence than a greatsword when assisted. DDD is counter-attack and WWS in hawk style cuts off hands, while WWT cuts neck. When assisted it gains +30% att/def, and +40% damage. STRAIGHT SWORDS Broadsword The broadsword has better damage than a longsword. DDD is counter-attack and WWS in hawk style cuts off hands, while WWT cuts neck. When assisted it gains +10% att/def/dam. Longsword The longsword has better attack and defence than a broadsword. DDD is counter-attack and WWS in hawk style cuts off hands, while WWT cuts neck. When assisted it gains +10% att/def/dam. Shortsword The shortsword is lighter and faster than a broadsword or longsword. DDD is counter-attack and WWS in hawk style cuts off hands, while WWT cuts neck. When assisted it gains +10% att/def/dam. CURVED SWORDS s: cuts head, neck, body, arms, or legs t: stabs face or body ww: cat plays with prey - highly defensive technique wws: cat snags prey - balanced attack/defence/damage wwss: cat finishes prey - high attack and damage, no defence bonus These techniques are available with all curved swords while using a cat style and have slightly enhanced accuracy when paired with another curved sword. Falchion The falchion has the most damage and attack of the curved swords. WWSS cuts the body on the first hit and the neck on the second hit. When assisted it gains +70% attack, and +15% to dam/def. wt 5 sec (sss) Rampaging lion: You raise your falchion into an attack position This technique attacks three times and hits head, neck, body, arms or legs Your attack will be performed when you are within range of yoru target Scimitar The scimitar has more attack than a sabre. WWSS cuts the body on the first hit and the neck on the second hit. When assisted it gains +10% att/def/dam. ts "Savage claws of the leopard" technique allows you to deal stab damage to the face or body and then cut to body or legs. Sabre The sabre has more defence than a scimitar. WWSS cuts the body on the first hit and the neck on the second hit.
