What to do within the first 48 hours of signing up:

 

     Place an order for 2 cases of Xango on the Auto Delivery Programme (ADP) immediately if you haven’t already done so during the distributor sign-up process.

 

     Obtain your new Xango ID and password from your sponsor:______________________________

 

     Go to www.xango.net to gain access to your back office area on the corporate website.  Click on Distributor log-in and enter your XanGo ID and password then click the submit button.  Browse through the various options to familiarise yourself with all of the back office functions.  Click on Update Profile and verify that all the information is correct and change your password.

 

     Setup your prospecting website at www.natureswellnesssecret.com .  Look for the text at the bottom of the screen, Already a XanGo™ Distributor? Click Here.   Click here and choose to setup either the free limited version or the professional version.

 

      Order ‘The Magic Wand’ tools which have been tried and tested and they really do work. This is the best way to help you build your business fast.  Order these at www.mangosteentools.com .  A suggested list of tools should include:

The first 3 items will make up 100 basic business packs for you to send out to your prospects. The “How to Use the Magic Wand Success System” CD should be given to those who sign up as distributors for training purposes and also to good potential business builders whilst prospecting (in addition to the Basic Business Pack).  The DVD sets are the most powerful tools available and will be invaluable for home meetings & training sessions as you can pick up so much more info from the DVD presentations – well worth investing in if you can.

 

 

     Create a list of at least 100 names of people you know or know of and then prioritise in groups of 25.  Aim to get 100 wands out in the first 30 days.

 

     Identify your goals (reasons for doing this business) AND write them down.  (Use the linkED DOCUMENT to help you develop your goals and targets). 

 

     Allocate a minimum of 10 hours every week for your business.  Give your business a 1 year commitment to make it work.  How many other businesses would be successful in less time?

 

     Create a time planner – set goals, targets and determine how much time you have available for your business and concentrate your efforts on income generating activities.

 

     Get together with your sponsor and share the goals you want to achieve from this business.  Discuss how to achieve this and produce a plan to document the actions required.

 

Timing is about being in the right place at the right time AND TAKING ACTION.

Ø      Contact management – choose a method of recording details for each contact you make and any follow-up actions required.  Use a Cardex system, Act! For Windows or other similar software package, spreadsheet or draw up a table to keep track of your prospects.

 

Ø      Save a copy of the distributor application form on your PC so you can print out or email people you want to signup.  Understand the signup process so you can help your new distributors complete and submit the form and know the difference between placement and sponsor.  Use the US form to sponsor people in the UK until a UK specific form is issued.  The differences are highlighted below.

 

The application is written out for US distributors i.e. Social Security Number, Zip Codes, and States, how should I fill in my application?

We are currently working on a UK specific application and it should be available shortly. Until then please follow these simple guidelines:

  • A Social Security Number is not required we will provide you with an identification number so you may leave that space blank.
  • Please print your name and co-applicant’s name (if applicable) clearly. An email address will also be helpful for you to obtain all of the latest XanGo news.
  • On the address portion of the application please disregard the US terms and print your mailing and billing address as they would appear on a normal parcel.
  • We must have your Sponsor information in order to process your application. If Placement information is not provide it will be assumed to be your sponsor.
  • If you would like a monthly autoship order please fill in the Automatic Delivery Program section completely. If this is not done so you will not receive a monthly order.
  • Although we do offer an ACH bank withdrawal service for US distributors unfortunately this service is not available in the UK at this time. All orders (both initial and subsequent orders) must be paid for with a major credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover).
  • Be certain you complete the application fee section.
  • Please remember to sign and date the application as well.

 

Business builders should start by placing an order for 2 cases of Xango on the Auto Delivery Programme (ADP).  This is important to gain maximum advantage of the compensation plan.  Subsequent changes to ADP orders can be FAXed to 001 801-816-8159 or 001 801-816-8259.  (EMAIL + TEL options)

SIGN UP PROCESS

 

I have a new recruit I would like to sign up, how can I do that?

By FAX - To sign up a new distributor, they need to fill out a hardcopy of the distributor application. The application can be printed off from the back office at www.Xango.net under Forms.

FAX the completed form to (001) 801-816-8001.

 

By Email - The completed form can also be scanned in JPEG or TIFF format and emailed to UKOrders@xango.net.

 

I just faxed in an application but I am not sure it went through, how can I tell if you received it?

If you have a question about your fax having been received, please email us and we can verify whether it has been received or not.

 

Can I sign up a distributor over the internet?

Xango is working on getting that set up and available so that you can both order cases and sign up new distributors over the Internet from the UK.

THREE QUICK KEYS TO XANGO SUCCESS

 

  1. KEEP IT SIMPLE – Sounds simple enough, right? 

You would think a one product company with an easily understood comp plan would be easy enough, but people try to complicate it by becoming a PhD in mangosteen!  It just isn’t necessary and in fact, it  is even somewhat dangerous as we have all these mangosteen MD wannabees running around prescribing XanGo™ for everything under the sun.  Now don’t get me wrong, it is AWESOME, and the testimonies are huge, but don’t begin to believe you need to know more than is available with some simple tools.  USE THE TOOLS where Dr. Templeman and other experts are stating the facts, just refer people to the audio on my site by Dr. Walters, to mangosteenmd, etc. and let them get the information from the doctors!  No one needs to take your word for it, fortunately!  The science behind this product is amazing and we should use it; remember claims about XanGo™ are a no-no, claims about mangosteen are well documented!

 

We stress again – DO NOT overload your prospects with information. One, maybe two tapes or CDs, and a brochure. That’s enough to help them decide if they are interested enough to ask for more info. Keep it duplicatable.

 

  1. USE YOUR UPLINE – No need to reinvent the wheel, talk to the people who have been there, done that and let them  help.  The best answer in the beginning can be “I don’t know, but you know I have a partner who will be able to answer that question”.
