180/360 Misty Flips
This is more like a gymnastics move, but looks made phat when mastered, or even just pulled off. I wouldn't try this unless you already can do a flip pretty damn good. I think its easier if you start off with a little bit of a running start. Run for a few feet then jump high as you can, but don't tuck your legs in too much. Just do a flip how you would normally. The trick is: when your up in the air,upside down, rotate a half circle, so you'll land opposite the way u started. When doin a 360, do a full rotation, and you'll land the same way you did when u started. *Tips* It might help practicing on a trampoline or mat first. Remember NOT to totally tuck your legs in. |
