As you are likely aware, BCE went through a number of sales, divestitures and downsizings in the 1990s which resulted in the termination of employment of a number of employees, including us and you. For these employees who were affected by these events, pension accruals and membership in the BCE Inc. Pension Plan ceased., and BCE Inc. implemented three "partial wind ups" of the Pension Plan. Most of these employees worked in Ontario.
Besides the Bell Sygma group that transferred to CGI in 1998, 2 other groups that were in the BCE Inc. Pension Plan have become part of the members seeking to negotiate a settlement to their respective pension plan surplus.

and sending (mail or fax (514) 786-7008) it to BCE Inc.

1. a former Bell Canada International employee working in the Ottawa office effected by the Dec 31, 1993 partial windup.
2. a former Bell Sygma employee transferred to ISM/IBM on Oct 15, 1996
3. a former Bell Sygma employee transferred to CGI and was affected by the partial windup of the BCE pension plan on Dec 31, 1999.
