ARTICLE I: Bylaws & Purpose Bylaw: There is only "ONE RULE"..., All -final- decisions must be reviewed and approved by the clan founder in order for it to carry any power. Clan members are welcomes to suggest any new ideas within reason. Purpose: To provide a fun, mature, relieable and headstrong clan on the eastern side of the United Sates of America. Our hopes are to allow a number of members to be avialiable for great gameplay, low ping time, and the respect for winners and losers alike. To become the best in all divisions with the mentality of we going to improve as a team and as an individual. This clan does not support sore losers, quiters, lyers, inmaturity, and ingnorance. Clan Colors Our clan colors are white and gold. White represents the purity, and steadfast foritude of our clan members. While gold represents the high royal order, and social standing within the ring of clans. ARTICLE II: Governing Voting: All clan members are required to vote all nominates selected by the founder for all royal chairmen and responiablites. Clan members within a perticular division can nominate and vote for a division leader, division successer, and division representives in a clan vs. clan conflict only within that division. Those clan members that do not vote, cannot advance in divisional skill rank till the next voting. *All voting will not exceed 10 days... Royal Chairmen: Other than the members these people are responsiable as a whole for making this clan all that it can be, with a solid foundation. Founder: *reserves all rights*... The judge, jury, owner, and main representive of the clan. Carries all power of influence, with the exception of overriding the decision of "elected" canidates by clan members. Treasurer: is responiable tracking inactive members, compliants, nonmites, voting and announcing the results. The treasurer is also responiable for tracking clan funds and ranking announcements. The treasurer also arranging clan vs. clan confrontation. Secretaries are responible for the writing, press release, and royal reviews/previews of xbox game and accessories. Especailly content within the web site outside the boards/forums. Web Master: responsible for the upkeep and design of the web site. The web master also carries the power to select board/forum moderaters. Divisons: Each online game is referred to has a division. There will be 1 division leader per division. Division leaders have the rights to recruit, initiate, nominate, call and head meetings. The biggest responsiablity of each division leader is that they are responsiable for training and improving each of the clan members in his/her division. Other than the division leader, there are no other officers to incline, decline, outrank, or make any decisions involving the reputation, ranking, status, or decisions of the other clan members within the division. All division leader successers must be nominated and a voting must be held. A maximum of 5 nominates, and all clan members in that division must vote for a division leader. If in a case a division already has a leader, at the beginning of every month, a new division leader can be nominated and voted for, but not all members within that division must vote. However, the elected successer must beat the current division leader on his/her terms approved by the clan founder or treasurer. Only in a case where the division leader goes undisputed, but is withdrawing his/her leadership that they may choose a successer outright. *Note: Division leaders have a ranking of Admiral. There can be only one admiral per division. Division Representives All division representives will carry a by thier name as a sign of a division representive, and the best of the best. The star is the most honorable standing and has a major impact on the clan. *Note: Division Representives must have a ranking of Captain and recieve an extra title of commander, ex: "Captain Commander". Skill Ranking: Each clan member will carry a skill rank presented to them by thier division leader. The division leader reserves the right to select any reasonable obsticale for the clan member in order to be granted a higher ranking. However, the obstacle must be selected in advance, and used for all clan members in that division. Some notorious squad leaders are recongized as already challeged and promoted. Skill ranking beginning from the lowest to the highest... Soldier Private Agent Sergeant Lieutenant General Captain A clan member cannot exceed more than one ranking within a week's time. Only exceptions provided by the founder and division leader. However, these cases will be "rare..." ARTICLE III: Membership Member Responsibilities There is no charge for our membership, but we expect members to deicate time to the team. Members are expected to practice at least once a week with thier division leader. The division leader reserves the right to depromote any clan members in his/her division by one ranking per practice missed. 4 practices missed results you in being declared an inactive member by the treasurer, and membership is terminated. Members are expected to attend meetings at least once a month. 3 missed meetings result in the treasurer declaring you an inactive member, and membership is terminated. All clan members are required to vote, excercise maturity, understanding, and a strong sense of repect for all other clan members and royal chairmen. Clan members are responsiable for setting an impact on our clan's reputation. All members are required to obtain an Aol Instant Messager. No other instant messagger will do, unless the members of the Imperial Dragon vote otherwise. Squads and Squad Leader A squad also consists of players on a clan members xbox, like with multiplayer. All clan members must sign up all possiable players that may join in on the clan members xbox. These are called squads, and all possiable players will be listed as a squad member, but not a clan member. The clan member owner of the xbox is called a squad leader. Joining Membership Requirements You first must currently be using Xbconnect or Xbox Live. Formost you live on the eastern side of the united states. You must also be able to answer yes to all of the following questions. Was I nominated? Did I fully read this charter and agree it it's terms? Do I have the time to deicate to my team? Do I have the ability to work with a team and improve my skills and the skills of other team mates? Will I be getting Xbox Live? Do I currently play games online at xbconnect? Am I at least 16 years old or older? Will I stay with my clan, be dedicated and not give up and join any other group? Rules of Conduct Members will treat all other team players with respect. Members will not degrade another member based on skill, length of membership, race, age, gender or sexual orientation. All members will help each other develop skills in games, and to better the entire team and clan network. Give respect and also demand it... There is absolute - 0 - tolerance for inmaturity, ingnorance, sore losers, quiters, or disrespect of other peoples opinions or decisions. ARTICLE IV: Officer Responsiablities All officers include: all royal chairmen, division leaders(admirals), division representives(captains), and squad leaders... Founder Uphold fair judgement and law. To protect the reputation on the clan and oversees the consistent improvement of the order. Oversee's all compaints and attend to them accordingly. Also fills in where needed... Treasurer Is pretty much the clan's backbone of the order. Record keeping of the division leaders records of who's practiced, and attended meetings. Arrange and organize clan vs clan confrontation at least once a month. Track all votings within all divisions and announce results Track all revenue Secretary Is pretty much the clan's informer. Must review an xbox game and submit to the webmaster for posting at least once a week as an offical royal clan member review. Cover write press release and submit to web master at least once a week. Modiderate and/or elect moderaters for the boards/forums. Proof read all literature affliated with the clan. Web Master Pretty much don't have a clan without a website and webmaster. Organize and post all information represented to you by other chairmen Overall manage the web site Division Leaders Need to create a list of requirements for advancement per rank. This list must be done in advance of trying to promote any clan member. Needs to have weekly meetings and list every member that attends, and passing it on to the treasure for records. Needs to give training to clan members in his/her division at least once a week, or aquire a willing captain to do this for him/her. This must be recorded. Needs to select 1 or more captains to provide training to clan members of all ranking and keep a record of who is practicing. These selected captains are most likely to become successer to the division leader. Arrange tourments between squads and indiviual clan members. Must search and recruit new members. Select division representives for when facing multiplayer competion. Whope some ass for the sake of the clan. For this sets an impression about your division and clan. Captains Captains need to try find and nominated at least 1 new clan member a month. Squad Leaders Are responsiable for keeping thier squad members in check. Squad leaders are the most likely to advance in ranks. ARTICLE V: Goals 1.) Create a better accurate charter. 2.) Create a more advanced and infomative web site with chat rooms, and better boards/forums. 3.) Create a real $$$ pool, members add $1 a week, and new winner is selected every time there is a enough money to buy a new xbox game. Must be a member for at least 3 months to win, all winners cannot win again till all other members have won. 4.) Create a one-stop resouce for online gaming, reviews, previews, press relase, and online xbox gaming help. 5.) Recruit all kinds of members of all skill levels for maximum gaming fun. 6.)
