The difference between NTSC and PAL is the video standards. While here in the US we use NTSC supported TV's, while in most of europe they use PAL supported TV's. The refresh rate is quite different between the two and doesn't make then very compatiable between using a NTSC supported xbox and a PAL supported xbox. I think, but not sure of is: in Europe the average TV supports only 50 frames per scond and here in the US our TV's support 60 frames per second. |
