Depth Charge was the last member to join the Maximal team. He came to hunt down X, or Rampage, and kill him. DC, Optimus, and X had a history. The manta ray still carries a huge chip on his shoulder. The best part is his brief stint in the series was in Nemesis Part 1 when he shoves the raw energon through Rampage's spark. The explosion that followed was awesome, but it killed him in the process.
