BPL elegant 9000 telephone
request to provide details of damages and repairs
Sir,
1. this is regarding my personal telephone BPL Elegant 9000,
handed over to your thiruvananthapuram office on 12 .12. 06 by me
in person for necessary repairs and return. A copy of the receipt
issued by your office here is enclosed herewith for your ready reference.
2. please provide me in writing the details of the type of damages
caused to the instrument, the likely causes of such damages and the repair
work done.
3. The above request is being made in view of the following facts:
a. I have been, and am, at the receiving end of the criminal
activities of a gang of goons from the indian police. It is a policeman who
calls himself cbi "officer", and his stooges from the other spy net works
like the "special" branch and such. My life is being made miserable by the
covert activities of these plain clothes policemen and their hired thugs.
b. i was in government service till recently -
i retired from the medical education service of the kerala govt on
superannuation in april 2005. I do not have any criminal record whatsoever.
c. I have enough reason to believe that my telephone
connection is not only being tapped but is also tampered with by the
above goons. it is very much possible that my BPL elegant 9000 is being
repeatedly damaged by the criminal activities of police man or his stooges
operating from within the telephone exchange.
d.
i had occasion to hand over this very same telephone
instrument for repairs to your company about a year back. That time one
of your staff members in thiruvananthapuram incidentally told me that he
had been told by your staff in palghat that some one claiming to be a
policeman from the cbi in thiruvananthapuram had telephoned your company
on the matter of my personal telephone
- In fact what your man actually
wanted to know was whether i was from this particular police set up!
e. i did make a request to your representative here
on the phone on 12 dec 06, to provide me the details requested for
vide para 2. above. His reply was that you may not be able to give
me such information due to "security" reasons.
f. I would like to assure you that
the question here pertains not to so called "security" reason,
but
covering the tracks of a criminal
who gets paid by the government for enforcing the law!
g. Please see that here it is not me, but the police man,
who is in hiding.

As one of your paying customers i would request of you NOT to entertain
any police man, whether he calls himself cbi "officer", "special" branch
or ib or cb cid or whatsoever, who is keen on knowing about the "welfare"
of my home telephone instrument
and
kindly direct him to drop in at my place where
i can give him all the information he needs over a stiff drink
