A NOBODY WHO WANTS TO GET NOTICED

do you know the man in the pic?

oh, no; not the hangman in poojapura central jail. this is a resident of bapuji nagar in thiruvananthapuram india. this "gentleman" lives in a house just across the road, within 25 metres of my compound wall - well, not my compound wall, my landlord's house's compound wall (his is his own house unlike mine which is a rented house.) the fellow it looks is rich. but there are so many others in the very vicinity who are far far richer than this chap.

in short, this fellow is a nobody. and this nobody wants to get noticed. may be for that reason the fellow is resorting to a bit of criminal activities.

the goon

yes, you guessed right; this is the goon who broke into my house on that funny night in february and abused me and insulted me and threatened me.

you just try clicking the goon and he will threaten to beat you to death - of course in malayalam but in his own sweeet voice!

incidentally that was the first time mr.goon ever talked to me or came any where near my house and the first words he said were abuses and threats. and remember, i have been staying in this house for the last three years.

this goon was not all alone that day and had company, all of whom were from his own house and the adjacent house just infront of my house. it was after the goon left my house that i thought i might take a few photographs of the gang over and above the audio that i was recording. but my camera's flash has a very limited range only and all i could get were just faint images. but i think that has helped to show the goons in their real colours!

WHAT A MAP!

look at the goon's physique with that seven month gravid grand multi tummy! do you think this character if he is in his senses will ever dare to break into some one's house and abuse him and threaten to kill him on his own steam? never. i have explained the real reason on another web page. he is one of them.

the pbird again

now the supposed reason for the goon breaking into my house and indulging in criminal activities was that i had shot down another of the pbirds and hanged the trophy at my gate. why should the goon be concerned? if it is his birds he should keep them in his own house and not let it pester others. and that is applicable to whomsoever is the owner.

once the abuses and threats were seen to be not succeeding in getting me into manhandling him the goon said he was going to call the police. i was real happy for that way i dont have to make a complaint on my own. however, in spite of the goon waiting near the dead bird for hours to show it to the police men, (for fear that i might take it away) no body came. ultimately i had to dispose off the bird on my own the next day for the body had already started rotting.

the most "intelligent" bird!

after this the pbirds were carefully avoiding me and i had to wait for a month to get even with the goon. it looked the other birds had been told of the death of their brother "officer". however i got my chance exactly a month later on 13 march.this time the dead bird fell on the property of a neighbour but they were kind enough to allow me to enter their compound and pick it up.

i hanged the dead bird at my gate in open challenge of the goon and company till late hours in the evening on 13 mar 06 and again in the whole morning of the next day. after that i took my car out tied up the bird by its neck on to the hatch and made a trip to the city with the dead pbird hanging by its neck from the tail end, teasing the indian spies and their goons. once back home, i burned the bird in a bonfire in front of my house. that was day before yesterday.

yesterday i took a trip to the city by public transport which is availbale at the main road about two kilometers from my residence. i chose to walk this distance so as to give the spies and their goons a chance to beat me to death if they were keen. and again in the night at 2100 hrs i walked back all alone. i am still alive inspite of the goon promising to beat me to death in case any thing goes wrong with the bird again! on cliking the goon you can hear him threatening me - it is his own voice.

the rule of "law"

once i realised that the expected police action against me was not coming i had tried to contact two lawyers in order to file a private petition against the goon and his gang. but there were no positive response from any one; i have not given up though.

the most likely scenario is that i will have to pocket this insult as well. this inspite of the fact that i have physical proof of the fellow indulging in criminal trespass and intimidation which are supposed to be serious offences under the indian penal code.

crux of the matter

the crux of the matter is that there is not much of a point my taking on this goon. the whole show is being stage managed by the police man who calls himself cbi "officer" and his stooges from the spy net work of the local police. this goon is just a stooge in their hands. if this particular goon is no more available some one else will be recruited in his place.

the unfortunate part of it is that the shameless SPIES always restrict themselves to covert activities and never come out into the open however hard i try to provoke them.
