i mentioned about my trying to register a complaint about my missing letters on the indian post offices web site. i have a short movie of what happens.
i have accessed the web page after logging on to the net and filled up the form. once i click the register button it should get registered and give out a reference number. in case there is a mistake in the entries made an error message should come. here nothing happens.
you can see the details of the bits sent and received before and after i clicked the button. it is the same and almost half a minute has passed.
the fact is that if the complaint gets registered it becomes an official record and it is in the interests of whomsoever is tampering with my mail to see that the complaint is not registered.
