1. this is in the context of the visit of your dgm (new services) Xx. Xxxxxx, to my residence last week. i very much appreciate the prompt response.
2. I was given to understand that the purpose of the visit was to discuss what is seen on the compact disk i had sent you earlier vide my letter No.0704/tele/cons dated 17 april 2007. But i found that the dgm was interested only in my personal particulars and not in what was happening on my home telephone.
3. i could coax the dgm to discuss the CD on occassions; but rather than admitting facts the dgm was going to ridiculous extends to white wash the whole issue. for example,
a. the dgm was harping on the fact that 5 has later been included in the list of accepted digits of the std locking system. if so, it has to be a recent development and i cannot make further comments on the matter without knowing when exactly this came into operation. the dgm's "excuse" for the system accepting 6 and 7 was that these digits were also going to be introduced soon. i wonder how it is pertinent at all in something which has already happened!
b. as per your dgm the std locking code is stored in the caller id memory. to my humble knowledge, the system could be programmed one way or the other - either the secret code is stored or not. but in my home telephone, provided one observes the relevant video carefully, it will be seen that the caller id initially did not store the code but immediatly afterwards does, though the exchange is the same and the caller id equipment is the same!
c. it is obvious that the answering machine was being tamperepd with. there is no provision for changing the number of rings to 22 or to truncate the message - though the whole message can be replaced by a new one.
d. the rest are dynamic things like what happens on surfing the net but i am sure that the movies will convince any unprejudiced person that there is a problem.
4. i am aware that what i have provided are not conclusive proof; they only corroborate things. and i am convinced that my telephone line and there by my internet connection are not only being tapped but also tampered with.
5. my firm belief is that the sort of manipulations shown in the movies on the cd like tampering with the STD locking program can only be carried out by some one with administrative rights on the computer system of the particular telephone exchange.
6. as long as it is an inside job, there is no way i can produce hard proof. also, i am aware that your system can be reprogrammed to make me appear a fool. my only hope is someone in your set up with integrity who is ready to squeal; and the aim of my cd is to prod such a person's conscience. if i were you, rather than stage the drama of the dgm's visit, i would have looked into my own back yard and cleared up things.
7. or could it be that your part is just passive, for i gather that your set up is subservient to the spy net works of the government like the ib, cbi and even of the local police !

8. incidentally another team from the telecom had come to my residence some time in march 2002 to look into a complaint that i had made. when the investigating team tried from my home computer, they were not allowed to access the net. as we were fumbling with the connection the sde who had come with the team said that he had urgent work to do and left and it was after that they were able to log on to the net. in spite of this, the team reported that every thing was fine with my internet connection. there was no way i could refute the report, but i had learnt a lesson; and that is why the video recordings.
9. later on i came to know that your set up had connived with k. sujathan, a police surgeon of medical college thiruvananthapuram in preparing a fake enquiry report on me suggesting that i was mentally ill. the above police surgeon never came any where near me and claims to have made his conclusions based solely on statements made by people like you. the fellow was hoping to get me certified and get rid of me once and for all !
10. that was in 2003 and i am still "at large" in spite of the indian gestapo and their boot lickers. k. sujathan has retired from service but the gestapo is still at it and i still have a battalion of plain clothes men and their hired thugs trailing me on one pretext or other, ready to pounce on me at moment's notice! - the indian gestapo is desperate.
11. i find it interesting in the above context that rather than discussing the video, your dgm was making a personal profile of mine! could it be that what is seen in the video i had produced are not real, but are the delusions of my diseased mind captured on camera ?yours faithfully

CD-ROMthis cdrom has a collection of some of the movies i have made (some only of the movies because,the others have my comments, which more often than not cannot be put in the public domain) depicting few of the many strange phenomena going on on my home telephone.

a copy of the cd rom was sent to the prime minister of india and another one to the minister of communications
i dont expect anything to come out of it; but there is no harm trying.
incidentally i got a copy of a letter from the PM's office - they have sent it to the communications secretary.
