Artemis never really had any problems with Xena, until she gave birth to a child who brought upon the Twilight of the Olympian order-then all Tartarus broke loose. The Olympians did everything in their power to prevent the birth of Xena's child, Athena, Hades, Hephaestus, Artemis, and other Olympians went out to kill Xena, Eve, and Gabrielle-after they kidnapped Celesta, the Olympians wanted to kill Xena so they went after the chariot, blasting it over a cliff, where the Olympians saw Gabrielle and Eve die, then they saw Xena sacrificing her own life after watching her helpless baby die...they all thought that Xena, Gabrielle, and Eve were dead...which wasn't the case at all.
Ares, after thinking the three were dead, took Xena and Gabrielle and buried them in an icey tomb, where they slept for 25 years, awakening to find that her plan seriously went wrong. Artemis and the others soon learned that Livia was actually Eve. This time Athena, Artemis, Poseidon, Hades, Hephaestus, Deimos, and Ares all went after Xena, Gabrielle, & Eve, with only one agenda, to once and for all rid the world of Eve & Xena.
They all arrived on the beach where Eve was being baptized, Poseidon attacked first, then the unthinkable happened Xena killed Poseidon, the other Olympians saw this and Athena replied," So you can kill Gods." Even before Eve was born, the Twilight of the Gods began, if they hadn't went in pursuit against Xena and Eve, then the Olympian order never would've been harmed. Now Zeus, Hera, Hephaestus, Hades, Deimos, Artemis, and Athena have all died an unneccessary death, the Olympians who fled are the lucky ones-they get to live for all eternity.
