Evil hidden beneath the face of innocence-she tried convincing Gabrielle to follow her and abandon Xena.  Gabrielle eventually learned that beneath the "innocent" exterior, lies nothing but evil.  Najara returns after claiming to have turned "good" she travels with Xena and Gabrielle, but they soon figure out that she hasn't changed at all.  Najara is killed by Xena-through an ingenious plan.
