I give you the position of each block in the whole map
is a 256x256 tiles grid and each tile is coded in a single byte (coz there
are 256 tiles in Ultima IV)
is divided in 64 big blocks of 32x32 tiles each
32x32 blocks is stored by lines(0x00 First
Line of the block, 0x10 Second line of the block, ... )
