Song Story:

We were asked to cover this particular children's lullaby for a compilation called Sick Music for Sick Children , put together by Dead Puppy Records . We were asked to make it sort of demented or scary and I think it definately succeeds in the demented department. On an odd note, I was sick with a cold while recording the vocals (ironic since its for the sick music compilation) . Anyone who knows my actual voice (probably noone) will be able to tell the difference. For some odd reason, the effects pedal I was using for the vocals had some feedback problems but I liked it so much that I left it in there. All the voices you hear (even the really deep one at the end) are me (April) through the magic of running vocals thru a multi-effects pedal.
