Another murder has occurred and Mulder goes next door to visit one of the neighbors. The man smokes in front of him, not really saying a whole lot. After more investigating, Mulder returns to suddenly become ill. There is a group of worms in his lungs, which is how the other men died. Skinner and Scully work to save his life.
