I finished this pic back in May. I wanted to design a princess gown for Sailor Flora so I ended up with this. It kind of looks like Sailor Venus' gown, except that it's very pink! I like how it came out. I didn't have Adobe Photoshop 7 yet so I had to settle with MS Paint.
