I finished this pic back in May. I wanted to do a portrait of Sailor Flora to show off all her head decorations. I made the earrings to big, the jewel on her head and her brooch has five petals, and the eyes are too big. I could of done better on this pic. I had to color this on MS Paint because I didn't have Adobe Photoshop 7 yet.
