      I applied to MTU and was accepted to enroll in the Fall 2005 semester.  I was enrolled the School of Business and Economics and declared myself as an accounting major.  Right now I am coming to the end of my third semester at MTU.  At the end of the semester I will have earned 62 credits and be of Junior standing.  Click here to see a list of coursework I have completed.

      I dual enrolled with this community college during my senior year of high school.  It was a wonderful chance to experience a college course without having to pay for anything but the books.  I took an English class called Rhetoric and Composition.  It was kind of challenging at first but I did well and not only did it help me prepare for college, but I received transfer credits for the course.

   Iron Mountain Senior High
      This is where I attended for all four years and graduated from high school.  I always tried to take more challenging classes and during my senior year I took an AP Calculus class.  I took the AP Calculus exam in the spring and scored a 4 (with 5 being the best).  I would recommend AP classes to anyone that wants to get ahead.  I received all the credits for MTU's MA 1160 class.
