Background: Rafe Kincaid began in the business at the age of 20 as an intern at a small wrestling promotion. By the time he was 25, he owned that promotion, as well as several more, thanks to his natural business sense. He began aquiring more and more contacts at bigger and better companies and he had just been hired on as general manager at World Wrestling Corporation, a once flourishing company that was starting to lose steam, when EWN went on hiatus. Being the biggest company left, WWC made it's way back to the top, and when Delia Little decided to bring back EWN, he saw his opportunity for personal gain and moved on the EWN to be a general manager, taking much of the talent which he had aquired for WWC with him.

Experience: Has been on the staff of and owned many promotions, ranging from small, fledgling companies all the way to the cream of the crop with WWC and EWN.
