Amy, Alex and Micheal are going to 7th grade in their new middle school. They go into the classroom and meet Daniela. She bedazzles them. They started to fight over who she likes more.
Emma tells Amy that Daniela wants to kill Alex and Micheal so Amy checks her out. She sees Daniela and finds out she wants to kill them for a potion to free Mandrina(the queen of Darkness) out of her cylinder. She is planning to kill Alex and Micheal and earn Charlie's love and then the potion will be ready.
Daniela invites Alex over to her house. Emma decides to invite Amy. They have until 7 o'clock(3 hours) to save him. They are planless so they follow a legend that says "The Book of Enchantments" is in the Blackwood Forest. It takes them 1 hour to get there. They meet goblins trying to kill them. Then 1 hour and 15 minutes passed. They get lost, desperate to get there. They finally get there with 1 hour and 5 minutes to spare. They meet Erica(the queen of Crystal Palace).Then they race back to save Alex. It turned out Daniela had fallen asleep.
They protect Alex with a invisible shield and Daniela fails. She gets impatient. She reports to Mandrina in the morning. Mandrina gets angry and gives Daniela a time limit, before sun down of the next day, to get the potion ready or she will find someone else to make the potion.
She invites Alex and Micheal to a campout in the after noon, near the Crystal Palace. Amy and Emma follow. Daniela shares a tent with Charlie to settle the arguement between Alex and Micheal. During the night she gets Charlie's love. The next day, she wakes up at noon and eats breakfast with Alex and Micheal
She goes climbing with them. Amy and Emma follow. When Daniela tries to kill Alex by pushing him off, Amy and Emma saved him. Daniela finds out about Amy and Emma.
She runs to the Crystal Palace, to do the only possibility she has, kill Erica. She runs uo as Emma and Amy rush after her. They get there too late. Daniela has killed Erica and about to free Mandrina. They Daniela her right in time and bury the cylinder into the Lost Forest.
