»How has technology changed society?

Technology has made homes and businesses much more efficient and made life easier to handle for the younger generation. But it has made the older generation much more puzzled.

They have had to learn to deal with newer and more complex technology each and every day. In a sense, it has actually degraded our society by creating a place for the younger generation to hide their anger at the outside world.

For parents, some despise the new technology because it has caused their children to disappear for hours on end, and they never see them again until perhaps the next morning! But for the children, it's a different outlook.

For us, the children, we enjoy being surrounded by technology. It creates many hobbies for us to do, and makes things like schoolwork easier. It allows us to access information much, much quicker than if we had to visit the library, or ask another source.

Yet why are there so many people who oppose the new advances in technology? Perhaps they're afraid of how it is going to affect the newer generations to come, or of how it's going to affect the SOCIETY in the near times.
