DAY AND NIGHT WAITING FOR YOU

During the day,
I sit by the window and wait,
Just wanting to see your face.
Coming toward my way.

During the night,
I turn on the light all bright,
Just wanting you to stop by,
before it get to midnight.

Everytime the phone ring,
I rush to pick it up,
Hoping it would be you,
Telling me, "I love you".

Day and night I'm waiting for you,
Wishing the words you told me were true.
I'm holding the tear in my eye,
Not wanting to cry.

I'm asking myself why am I this way,
Thinking about you everyday.
Reminiscing the whole night,
On how you use to hug me so tight.

Wanting our love to last for eternity,
Thinking you are the only one for me,
Hoping our love will be real,
That is how I feel.
