THEME
The Territory claimed, as part of the Fallbrook Domain is an area wracked by politicking, backstabbing and plotting, as the Kindred attempt to hold court
there. There are enemies within and without who pursue their own mysterious goals. Who will you side with as you navigate the perilous and complex
games being played.

MOOD
Paranoia, thinly veiled by ambitious plotting, as court politics intersect with the antagonist's goals.

CHARACTER RESTRICTIONS/RULES FOR VISITORS/PROXY POLICY
Players are advised that actions performed in game have consequences. Character concepts are restricted to Camarilla/Anarch and independent clans. No
Sabbat PC's are allowed. All Characters to be played in the venue game are subject to the venue storytelling team for approval before the character is allowed
to interact IC. The Venue storyteller has final say on actions performed in game. The games are not intended to be 'hack and slay "fests", the intent is for
role-playing intrigues, problem solving, and character interaction.

Clan Games/Coterie Meetings/Misc. Character Activities
Events that take place outside the normal Third Saturday schedule, such as Primogen/Clan Meetings are to be presided over by the Venue storyteller or his
authorized representative (ACST). These events are no combat / challenge nights. Players are encouraged to role-play the social interactions not Rock / Paper
/ Scissor their way through the event. The purpose of these events is for character development / problem solving. They also are for the players who have
restrictive work / school schedules

VISITING & PROXY CHARACTER
All those from other chapters are under the auspices of this policy, as they are visitors to the events hosted by Maledorium. Visiting players must submit an
updated, complete character sheet before they may play it in the game. The character sheet must include the following items:
-Contact information e-mail, Phone # or Mailing address for the player's Chapter Story Teller and Chapter Coordinator
-Experience Point Log ?signed or initialed and dated by their Chapter Story Teller
-Membership Class Level signed and dated by the Chapter Coordinator
-Approval Items: Lore, Disciplines, Influence Levels, Abilities, Rituals, Merits & Flaws, and Item cards must be signed by approving party if at Chapter
Story Teller level. They must have the name, date and contact info of the ST who made the approval and if the approval is Domain Story Teller or
higher-level, the approval number as defined in the approvals database is also required
-Non Standard clans/creatures as well Unusual Backgrounds/Histories same as for approval items but must be given to Venue Story Teller prior to game.
Failure to do so will result in the item(s) being barred from the event. Players who show up at the game who have incomplete or no character sheets will be
told why it is being barred and be given the following three options: 1: Play a secondary character made on site and check/approved by the Venue Story
Teller
2: Play a pre-made NPC
3: Play without the item in question
NOTE:
For all those who play powerful characters, and this includes, but is not restricted to those who play Court positions such as Prince, Seneschal, Sheriff etc.
please bear in mind that in order for the majority of the players to enjoy the game, you are expected to cooperate with the Venue Storyteller. There are many
newer players in the game, and they deserve to have a fun experience at the events. Please remember, "The more powerful your character is, the more like a
Story Teller the player becomes.

PLOT POLICY
Written plots must be submitted to the venue storyteller at least two days before the event, before it would be implemented. This is to maintain the integrity of
the local plotlines and ensure that there are no continuity issues developing. For those players who travel long distance to play, it is advised that character
sheets be submitted at least a day in advance before the scheduled event. This is to cut down on 'wait time ' before the game. If you have no e-mail access,
please give the storyteller a call, and things may be arranged.

STYLE
As the PCs struggle to maintain a Camarilla presence in area defined at the Fallbrook Domain, they will find their social and problem solving skills put to the
test. There are local mysteries to discover and deal with, as well as the menaces that prowl about looking for the unwary. Although PCs are the main driver
behind many of the plotlines, there is still much strangeness that must be considered and found out. The threats posed by the antagonists vary, from the
obvious non-Camarilla enemies, to those who work inside the Sect for their own weird goals.

ANTAGONISTS
Since Fallbrook Domain is located within the San Diego County, it is to be expected that the Sabbat constitute a threat. There are other outsiders who may
consider the Court's Kindred to be obstacles to their plans, and may plot destruction for those unwary enough to fall for their machinations. Some of the
antagonists may kill, rather than corrupt. Those who become incensed at PC's through their actions will also end up becoming antagonists. Actions have
consequences in this chronicle.

TRAVEL RISKS FOR PCs
Be advised that those characters traveling to Fallbrook Domain which is the name given to the entire geographical territory is known to be infested by
Sabbat. Those who try to travel in that area, or into Mexico, will more than likely disappear, or die. For those playing independent clans, you may want to
exercise caution when dealing with the Camarilla Court. It is greatly appreciated that visitors submit a history for your characters via e-mail to
Maledorium_cst@juno.com; it makes it much easier to devise plotlines to accommodate them.
