MATERIALS NEEDED:
Supplies here.
The tubes were made by Suzi Sgai en Carola.
Do not open the stars and flames in PSP!

FILTERS:

None.



Change foreground color to #DAC7A6,

backgrund to #393921.

1. Open a new transparent canvas, size 550x400 px.
fill with the background color.

2. Open the flower tube.
Copy and paste onto the canvas.

3. Open the candles tube.
Resize to 300 pixels wide.

4. Adjust --> Hue and Saturation --> Colorize: 25 61.

5. Copy and paste onto the canvas.

6. Merge all layers.

7. Add a 1px border in the foreground color.
Add a 30 px border in the background color.

8. Select the wide border with the Magic Wand.
Change the foreground color to gradient, with these settings:

Fill the border.

9. Effects --> Distortion Effects --> Curlicues.
Apply with these settings:



10. Effects --> 3D Effects --> Inner Bevel.
Apply with these settings:



11. Deselect.

12. Add a 1px foreground color border.

13. Lock the foreground color.
Background on the same gradient as in step 8.

14. Add your text in a nice font.

15. Apply a drop shadow: 1 1 90 2,00.

16. Deselect.


Your image is finished.

 

We will light the candle flames in Animation Shop :-)
The flames are in the zip file.
Choose how you prefer the animation.
The flame has three frames ( if you open it in AS)
So make sure you copy your canvas three times as well.
Go to Animation --> Mirror
and paste the flame into the second canvas frame.


Save it as a GIF image with the setting below:
 


You need an additional 2 backgrounds

as well as the stars located in the zip file
if you want to use the script.
