Bio - Save September - - - xox-cherry-xox.tk (sav·sep-tember)/n/: leaving is better than coming back; say goodbye again.

When Crissi asked me if I'd write a bio about her I said yes, figuring it would take me a few minutes to throw together something amazing, witty, and fitting. Here I am, weeks later, after crumpling up my millionth piece of paper, and hitting the backspace button more times than I'd care to count. I'm realizing that no matter what I put down it's just not going to do her justice.

I moved in grade ten, and went into a new school knowing only a handful of people. One guy kept telling me about his friend, how we had the same interests, music tastes and the same shitty sense of humor. The first day of classes, I'm sitting through attendance when right after my name "Christine Cochrane" is called. I whipped around to get a glimpse of this girl that I had "so much in common with" and I was met face by this stunning girl with a silly grin. That silly grin is Crissi. A smirk spread across her face, laughing at her own joke. It leaves you wanting to be a part of whatever it is she finds funny.

Crissi has been singing her entire life. From when she was blabbering along with her dad to "You are my Sunshine" as a kid, to now, where we can hardly go anywheres without hearing her yell "Turn it up!" and singing along loudly in the backseat. Whatever it is, Crissi is up for it. From dragging me onstage to dance at concerts, to pulling me into a bathroom stall to show me what she snuck in past security in her shoe. Ask her about moonshine, she's the one who yells "i've got copper tubing, and know where we can get wheat and potatoes".
