Go to -> Start -> Programs Files -> Speech -> Recognition.exe OR open Recognition.exe from the installation directory. Once open the system will look something like below.

1.Recognized words are typed in this Text Box. 2.Current logged UserID will be displayed here. 3.This box shows the complete list of trained words for the current UserID. 4."Please Login!!!" Type UserID here and press Enter key. 5."Mode Selection" This system can function in two modes. Both the modes are discussed in the following section. 6."Delete Trained Words" Sometimes it may happen that a particular word is not trained properly, if user finds this he may delete this word by clicking on this button. 6."Refresh System" A new session may be opened by clicking on this button.

Recognition Modes

1. Command Mode Command Mode (may be treated as Discrete mode) is designed to recognized words as a command. This is the default mode activated after user logs in. In this mode user will press "RECORD" button and will utter some word then press "STOP" button. System will take the speech between the button press and try to recognize the word. Once found it will be printed.

2. Dictation Mode Dictation Mode (may be treated as Continuous mode) is designed to recognized words as in dictation. This mode can be activated by selecting from the list. Once this mode is activated system measures the background noise. If this noise is below the threshold to work in the dictation mode everything goes fine else, system will pop up a warning message as shown below asking user what to do?
