Channel Operators

Special Notes : Promote/Demote

Promotion :

Operators Access Level or Ops are assigned and appointed, not requested. DO NOT ask for ops & access of any sort.
If you wanna try to be operator make sure that you have long life and offen in #Xplore, friendly, active in the main channel (of course you must also alway on IRC in #Xplore).
All ops in the list are subjected to change without prior notice.
1. New candidates are nominated based on the user's character, presence, morals, and participation on the channel.
2. If a SOp determines you are a good choice, the SOp will then confirm with the Founder to watch over you in the channel and you'll never know it.
3. During the time, you will be evaluated, trained, and tested. After successful completion of this period you will be requested to send certain information to the Founder by email and upon receipt of your email and all details are confirmed, you should be OP'ed.
IMPORTANT : Don't Beg For +o/+v, let the operator do themselves. No AOp begging, begger might get kick/banned on sight.

Demotion :
SOp's that not showing regular participation on #Xplore channel will be demote to AOp.

AOp's that not showing regular participation on #Xplore channel will be removed from the list.

There are 2 special cases that might directly removed from list :-
1. Nick Droped
2. Sharing Password - We strictly disallow this. If anyone been caught by sharing password, case will not tolerance.

As you can see there is still space for ASOp therefore keep this golden chance!
