Ranks
I will list all of the ranks there currently are.
These might change if we think of new names for them.
+ Council - One of the top five leaders. They run the guild and help
the members in any way they can.
+ Second Council - Just like the
regular council, they help run the guild. You can rely on them if you have any
questions or problems within the guild.
+ Fame Magnet - A member who
has gone above and beyond when it comes to being a member of the guild.
+
Rare Finds - An extremely active member who contributes to the guild
often.
+ Xpressable - A fairly active member.
+ New Talent - A newer member, or one who doesn't post much or participate
often.
Ranking
System
So your a new member to the guild and you want to get your
rank raised! Its not very hard.
Rankings are titles. They are not based on popularity, they are based on the official XT Ranking system. Which is run by the council, made up by the council, and occasionally will change if needed. This ranking system is challenging as it proceeds, as the guild is to challenge you and improve you in your talent. It also emphasizes on participating in the guild not just chatting and donating. Now this is the important part. The rankings are based on you comprehending and following EXACTLY what is said...
If you are a New Talent, and looking to be upgraded to Xpressable then you need to:
x Send in a piece of evidence of your 'talent' to the account xt_ranks. Whether it is art, a bd statistic, a restock statistic, poetry, writing, ANYTHING that proves your talent. Send it to xt_ranks. If you send it anywhere else it will be ignored.
x Must post 25 non Spam messages
x Be in the guild for at least 7 days
If you are Xpressable and would like an upgrade to Rare Finds, you need to:
x Participate in at least 2 contests or competitions
x Have an official Neopian Trophy. (Beauty Contest, Art Gallery, Neopian Times, Any Game, a BD War trophy... anything)
x Post 50 non Spam messages
x Contribute a part of your talent to help out the guild in some way. ex: making fan art for council, writing a poem/work of writing for the site, making graphics (buttons, banners, blogs). Even social skills, to help out the members is acceptable.
If you are Rare Finds and would like an upgrade to Fame Magnet, you need to:
x Participate in at least 5 contests or competitions
x Post 80 non Spam messages
x Have at least 3 official Neopian Trophy. (Beauty Contest, Art Gallery, Neopian Times, Any Game, a BD War trophy... anything)
x Thought up a contest idea and submitted it to xpressedtalents
x Must have won an official neopets competition, (art gallery, site spotlight, pet spotlight, poem, caption contest, Beauty contest (top ten) etc....
x Must link (advertise) to the XT guild on at least two pages, (ex pet page, shop, etc.)
Everything that requires submitting MUST be sent to xt_ranks and no other username. If you think you deserve a upgrade and we have mistakenly forgot please contact the xt_ranks account as well. Any other questions can be guided to the XT council email. at

How WE rank YOU: Well other then following the… requirements above we have a certain way of raking. A member on council, who will be in charge of the xt_ranks account for the week, upgrades ranks about twice a week. Ex. Say one week Niki is in the xt_ranks account, she will upgrade all those who follow the requirements during the week (and not necessarily on your demand, we do it the says which are set up and convenient for council). Then the next week Kasey would take over the xt_rank account. And so on.
