    A. You may:

    • Make sure you have 32MB memory in your PC. If you don't have, please add memory first.
    • Use Windows Task Manager to close all running softwares including all background jobs (like ICQ), and launch XQLearner again.
    • If it still doesn't work, restart your computer, close all startup jobs, and launch XQLearner again.

    Q. Does it allow me set game level?

    A. Yes. You may select each individual level to play with. Or just select the default level which challenge you accordingly.

    Q. What is the difference between the evaluation copy and registered copy?

    A. Their difference are as follows:

      1) Evaluation copy only supports 50 moves each side;
      2) Evaluation copy does not allow inputing positions;
      3) Registered copy has more powerful play skill;
      4) Evaluation copy only can be used within 30 days;
      5) You will get full thinking lines in registered copy;
      6) Registerd user gets technical support.
      7) New functions are added to registered version.
      8) Minor inner difference.

    Q. How to add my own moves to the opening book?

    A. You can add your moves as the following example: Assume you want to add a move b3e3, you first make the move b3e3, then click the "+" button. If you have multiple moves in the book from the same position (You can see these moves in the thinking lines if you are using a registered copy) and you want your move b3e3 to be more important than others, you click the "+" button again. Computer will select a random move from equally-important moves.
