Welcome to QUAINT; memories. These are just some guides I've laid down for you.
Customers
Please keep in mind, before you read through the rest of the rules, that at the moment QUAINT only offers pictures of horses. No humans or wolves at the moment, I am sorry.
Before you rush in and order, please take the due time and care that the artist will undoubtedly take with your picture. With a little effort, you can read through the staff pages and find out a bit about us before you write out a short, detail lacking description of what you want. Admittedly, some artists love to work off of nothing, but if we have no members of staff who like to do so please offer some guidelines. We do not ask that you find your own pictures, so please do not do. You can suggest some pictures however, and please do not state where each picture will go. Do not go into alarming detail, but give us a little feedback on the character and include such stats as you deem necessary, such as gender, colour, age and breed etc.
If your order has been skipped, please do not repost until at least 3 orders posted at a later date than your own have been completed. Then, and only then may you post back at the top. And also, please refrain from posting more than 3 orders a week per person, and if we are very busy, make it less than 2 a week please.
If the finished result isn't what you were looking for, for one reason or another, please wait 2 days before re-ordering, or kindly ask for a few changes in pick-up. If the artist refuses, don't take it personally, it is after all their work which they took a long time to make for you.
Staff
Please do not skip orders unless you feasibly cannot do something, and to avoid confusion and reposts, please do not answer an order that, when finished, would be the 3rd completed order above an unanswered post.If the finished result isn't what you were looking for, for one reason or another, please wait 2 days before re-ordering, or kindly ask for a few changes in pick-up. If the artist refuses, don't take it personally, it is after all their work which they took a long time to make for you.
We all have our not so good days, but please keep us informed if you can't for some reason work at QUAINT. So long as there are enough staff doing 3 or more images a week, then you don't need to feel bad. In hard times, I would like to see you spewing out quite a few more than 3 a week. But don't feel pressured to do so otherwise.
Most of the guidelines in the customers paragraph will apply to you too, if you turn them around ^_^. Thank you all for showing an interest in becoming a dedicated member of our team!
