The Grand Plan for Safety and Peace
Many do not like the Kinistis Plan, but never the less it is the route to take for peace. Perhaps you may have had a clan member from some clan meet you one day and decided to kill you for the pure purpose of either to just kill, or to just to go up in rank for killing. Perhaps this has happened to someone you trust or love. We as Kinistis's will rid Ayenee of this problem. They will destroy all clans that do not wish to follow the Kinistis Order. The people who fear for their life shall be saved. WE ARE THE SALVATION OF AYENEE! Fear not, for we are here. The rules of the Kinistis Order are as follows.
#1- Do not fight under any circumstances, should there be a fight around us we will solve it somehow (we will DM's). This shall be enforced heavily.
Penalty: Death
#2- Do not disrespect the Kinistis Brothers in public. This sall be enforced heavily.
Penalty: Death
#3- Do not defy a higher officers command if you are in the Army. This shall be enforced heavily
Penalty: Demotion, Beating, Death.
#4- If citizens are told by a soldier to do anything, than they must do it. Soldier actions can be debated on trial. If a citizen so wishes, they can take this person to trial.
Penalty for both: Death
#5- Stealing will not be tolerated.
Penalty: Death
Those are the Rules so far (Subject to Change)
Civilian wise, any store owners are expected to give 10% of their profet to the Kinistis Government. That is the only requirement for that. The god Xaitis, of the void, is also expected to be raised above all other gods that you might have.
