Baltimore/Washington, DC local alternative rock station, WHFS, hosts
the famous HFStival every year. Thousands come out from all over for
it. It sells out within the hour it goes on sale. It's a major event
for the DC area. It's a great opportunity for any band to
participate in and to promote their album and themselves. So, is it
