Hot Crab Dip

6 Tbsp. cream cheese

1/2 cup mayonnaise

7 1/2 oz. canned crabmeat,

drained 4 Tbsp. minced onion

1 Tbsp. lemon juice 1/8 tsp.

Tabasco sauce or Hot Sauce Preheat oven to 350 F.

Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.

Stir in crabmeat, minced onion, lemon juice and Tabasco sauce.

Spoon mixture into a small oven-proof dish that has been sprayed with a no-fat cooking spray.


Bake in preheated 350 F oven for 20 minutes or until suace is bubbly.

Serve with crackers, potato chips, tortilla or taco chips.

Shrimp Dip

1/4 cup milk

8 oz cream cheese

1 can shrimp (rinse well)

1 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp garlic

salt 1/2 tsp dill weed Blend all ingredients and chill in refrigerator.

Good when having company.
Crabmeat Dip

Ingredients
1 garlic clove
One 8-ounce package of Philadelphia brand cream cheese
1/3 cup cream
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1-1/2 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
1 cup flaked crabmeat
dash of fresh ground pepper
potato chips or crackers to serve with dip
Rub a mixing bowl with garlic glove which has been cut in half. Place the cream cheese in the bowl and gradually add the cream to it. Mix until smooth and well blended. Add lemon juice, Worchestershire sauce and crabmeat. Mix well. Season to taste. Serve with potato chips or crackers.
