Stick-and-Tissue Walkalong Gliders
built by David Aronstein et Al.
A nice view of our slowest, lightest, glider, gliding free.
A longshot in today’s accuracy contest… I don’t think this one went in, but we did get one through the 34” hula hoop from 30’ away.
David flying profile Northrop F-89 Scorpion.
Closeup of the Scorpion.  Tip tanks were “shot off” during some particularly intensive combat action…
Beechcraft King Air 350 profile model.  1/32 sheet balsa fuselage with lightening holes; light 1/32 sheet tail; stick-and-tissue wing.
Relay racing.  Two parallel oval courses are set up; the lined-up chairs are a centerline dividing the courses.

The two isolated chairs are the right-hand ends of the courses (left-hand end out of view).  Far team is performing (or maybe bungling) a handoff; near team is preparing for a handoff.
