The first PPV of 2003 started off with 2wisteD defeating Hogan with a Facelift to capture his twenty seventh straight U.S. Title defense. Then, /\rsenic debuted to take on Justice Pain. Justice Pain pulls out a lead pipe which makes Assasyn come down to the ring, getting Justice Pain disqualified! A quick Jericho interview shows how angry Jericho is for not having a match, and then SyNN gets in his face to correct him. After that, Sacrifyce injures CyNo for getting in his way, which causes CyNo and OutLaw to be screwed from the Tag Titles against Team Revalation. 2K3 completely destroys John Phoenix, and then Oblivion debuts to end him off! Then, it was the Short Skirts Ladder Match for the XsW Women's Title. Diana misses nearly the whole match for wearing pants, and comes out when both women are down, and climbs the ladder. The ladder is pushed away from Diana, and Diana was left dangling from the belt, screaming for help. Sacrifyce came out to catch her, but Sacrifyce was pushed out of the way, Diana hit the canvas, and Stacy climbed up the ladder and grabbed the belt to a successful title defense. After that match, Assasyn and Justice Pain completed destroyed eachother in the XsW's First Ever Boiler Room Brawl match. Justice Pain completely destroys Assasyn's ribs with the lead pipe and heads out the door to win! Finally, it was the Two out of Three Falls, FINAL BATTLE between SyNN and Sacrifyce for both the XsW World Title, and the XsW Intercontinental Title. The loser must retire from the XsW. The first fall was a street fight which saw every weapon possible used! Sacrifyce stole it at the end by school boy pinning SyNN and pulling the tights to pick up the first fall! The second fall was an Inferno Match! SyNN whips Sacrifyce with his flaming leather belt, and Sacrifyce is pushed off the Big Ass-Tron through two tables! Sacrifyce nearly hits the Amplifire on the cement, but is pushed into the fire, giving SyNN the second fall victory!! The third fall was the Kennel From Hell. Whoever walked away with this, would walk away with EVERYTHING! 2wisteD showed up to hit Sacrifyce with the barbed wire baseball bat, but got revenge from SyNN and knocked him in the head with it! Sacrifyce climbed up the ladder and grabbed the belts, and took everything!! SyNN is fired!

The night began with a huge win by Trish Stratus over Terri. Then, /\rsenic and Justice Pain had a rematch from Shattered Innocence. The winner would walk away with both Tag Titles. After Pain hit a Pain Killer through the Announce Table, /\rsenic still hit the Lights Out from nowhere and picked up the pinfall, and chose Stacy Keibler as his Tag Team Champion Partner! Torrie Wilson & Christine Wolf went one on one for the Number One Contendorship to Stacy's Women's Title. Stacy was the referee, and helped her best friend, Torrie Wilson walk out as Number One Contendor. Torrie was so beat up, that she couldn't survive two matches in a row, but gets the help from Christine Wolf to win the XsW Women's Title! Then, the Prez tried to put an end to the beginning of 2K3. The Prez was unsuccesful, and 2K3 picked up the first knockout in XsW History! CyNo & Xplizit had a very hard faught battle to find out who would be the first ever XW/XsW T.W.O. Champion and CyNo made history and won! 2wisteD and Assasyn had a huge Ladder Match for both the United States and Platinum Titles. 2wisteD pulled down the United States Title, and Assasyn pulled down the Platinum Title. Sacrifyce and Justice Pain went one on one to find out who not only be the Champion, but face 2wisteD in the Main Event! Sacrifyce and Pain were both double chokeslammed through the table at the same time, but the Instant Replay showed that Justice Pain broke through first, and that caused Sacrifyce to win! Sacrifyce would then take on 2wisteD for the XsW World Title. If 2wisteD were to lose, 2wisteD would ALSO be fired, just like Sacrifyce fired SyNN a month ago, at Shattered Innocence! Austin was the referee for the match, and he screwed 2wisteD out by giving him a Stunner!
