| Rule One: The Game and The Players |
| If a DH is used, the DH must use a wooden bat, the bat MAY be corked with no penalty |
| Team may not start with less than 9 players and only the player being hit for must be voted off to win |
| Each team must start with 9 players (one DH may be used) any less is deemed to be "cheating" |
| The game shall last 7 full innings (six and a half if the home team is winning) or until all players are voted off (no more burnings at the stake will be allowed for the 2002 campaign) |

| Each team is to be provided with an area midget, they must play with at least one in the lineup, but no more than three, lest those murderous trolls get out of hand (Midgets as coaches has been approved and encouraged) |
