For interference to occur, on the batter runner only, she must be hit with the ball, in fair territory, before legally obtaining first base.
Running into infielders that have no right to be there in encouraged and will result in the award of extra, free, bases if the knockdown is deemed to be "worth it."

Baserunners shall only advance the bases they are forced to move to, when a batter ball hits off one of the outfield obstacles.

Leadoffs may be obtained anytime after the pitcher has released the softball for the pitch.

Going in spikes up to second base is encouraged, but no longer mandatory.  Anyone going in spikes up should be warned by the umpire to expect it next inning, regardless of their position in the field.
A runner who rounds first and makes an effort to go to second, is liable to be put out, unless they are heard to proclaim "Olie Olie Oxenfree."

When two runners occupy the same base, the trail runner has the right to attempt to push off the lead runner in an attempt to legally gain possession of the base.  This shall be called "King of the Bag."
NOTE - If the ball is secured in the fielder's glove near the base, the ball is dead and if the trail runner does not win, she is declared out.  If she wins, the lead is out and if the ball is not within proximity to the base, the ball is live and both runners are liable to be put out if tagged legally.
