| Evansville, IN - Word was expected from National Office #3 sometime after the break regarding a few instances involving one young man. Joe Setnor, who has been with the XSA for only a few months has made the rule makers think of and make two new rules.. The "Setnor Rules," as they are called, will take place for the 2002 season and be put in the rule book as soon as the committee meets next month, during the monthly convention. The new rules expected to be added are: No team members shall sleep in the back of a van in the parking lot of any softball complex. No team member, while in uniform, may flash anything that is deemed to be a "gang sign." |

| To make certain these rules are not broken, the XSA will beef up security, as well as bring in "experts" to help train officials in the spotting of the use of gang signs. "We are going to work harder then ever to make sure none of these poor @$$ teams are sleeping in my parking lots during the weekends," XSA head of security, Websta said from his office in Orlando, Florida. "I am a little worried about these so called 'experts' coming into to talk to my world class crew on the use of gang signs." Stated XSA umpire co-ordinator, Larry Babcock. "Where are they getting these guys from?" The league office was reached for comment on Monday morning, but secretary Hunter McKee stated all parties were busy looking for "help" in the city of Compton. |
