Ayumi Hamasaki's "Fly High" Vincent De Moor Remix

Have you ever heard the song “Fly High” by Ayumi Hamasaki? If you have, then awesome, and if you haven’t, then you are REALLY missing out! But I’m not here to rant about Fly High—I’m here to rant about the VincentDeMoor Remix! Now, I think the original was WAY better, but you know what? I stupidly lost it (tears sting my eyes, seriously *sarcasm* no but it really DOES suck… meep), so too bad. Hehe. They manage to alter her voice a bit, which, in fact, doesn’t make it better. Not that they could, but anyways… The song is really upbeat and quick, and lifts your spirits. It made me feel better after listening to “Tears” and “Ta Wo Ai Ni”, which is very hard to do. It has a quick beat to it, and pretty music behind the techo-y thing. It also has a somewhat creepy thing to it if you listen really carefully, but… whatever. It’s kind of neat, though it interferes with her voice and the quick, bright music. I really love the “boom!” parts, but the remix seems to have taken them away… *sigh* Oh well, rarely are remix’s of GOOD songs good. Its true, you know… Look at those songs that you liked by bands… and then compare the song to the remix. Ugh, right? Exactly. So, although the VincentDeMoor Remix is cool and happy and makes you feel better, it’s nothing compared to the original. Go find “Fly High” on the net and DL it, or perhaps even BUY it (*gasp* the horror!..lol), and if you can’t find it then I GUESS you can settle for “Fly High: Vincent De Moor Remix”….
