My setup consist of these fine blocks of wood.....Many of the models I dont even know cuz I look for good deals on used Gear...Cheap and sufficient is the way to go...
The Axe of choice
My favorite Axe!! Has everything I was lookin for, picked it up Christmas time of '99. The pick-ups sound good but they are definately comin out once I get some $$$$$..
My Sidekick
This is my back up guitar...Believe it or not I only payed 30 dollars for this guitar, looking at the color you could think I payed to much- but if you heard or played it you could tell its an RG-series. Pickups- Dimarzio Super Distortion at the bridge/ Dimarzio Chopper restin in the middle position/ Dimarzio Evolution kickin it in the neck position. This guitar has a fat tone, I love it.
My first axe
My first electric guitar, what can I say..Well about 3 monthes after having it I decided a fender wasnt the guitar i wanted so I customized it to my likings, putting in a Dimarzio X2N humbucker in the bridge position and changing the color combo. Here it is..I hardly ever play this guitar but it kicks.
For the campfires.
This is a Takamine G-series guitar. Its pretty good, not a Martin but it gets the job done. Nice fat sound and the acoustics are awesome, Carrying a note isnt a problem for this bad boy.
The power.
This is what I use to push my horrible noise out into public. This is also why I am half deaf. I use a RP-1 processor, old but it still has some juice left in it and I rarely use my Whammy/Wah pedal. The Bandit 112 is a great amp, it pushes 80 watts out of a 12" Shetfield Speaker, not just any speaker...A SHETFIELD.. It pumps hard, so.....2 thumbs up from me.
**Not pictured- 15 watt Crate 8" amp and a Takamine/Jasmine acoustic.
