MONDAY, APRIL 07, 2003: New Layout-o
Okay, new stuff. As you may have noticed, there is absolutely no information me at the moment. Why? Because, I intend for this to be something to look at, and for the people who already know me to read. If you yourself would like to know me, then AIM me, or E-mail me if you like. Also notice that I have no links section. Why? Because I really don't care how many hits my friends get, and if you're my friend, I'm sure you wouldn't mind either. I'll just plug each time I blog because I'm an extremely lazy person. Also, I'm typing properly again, just because - I guess I've returned to a normal(?) state of mind - I think, I hope.
Of course, don't forget my new layout. =)
Every year, the eighth grade class(that's us) at my school raise money for Operation Ricebowl. A certain priest gives us each random amounts of money to multiply by selling candy at school, by raffling things, by any legal and moral means. So far, Alexis and I have the most. We're a team. I have about $180 some plus a little more which I don't know yet. Alexis has $200 some now, because she donated to her own funds. We just had a great bake sale(although it was cold) and I made $83 for my share. =) It's too bad some people didn't make as much though. =( After the bakesale, Lauren, Alexis, Jasmin, Kerry, Abby, Johanna, and I saw
What a Girl Wants. If you wanted to know, it was a pretty "okay" movie.
Anyway, as graduation rolls in, Kathleen and I have been talking about it a lot. For the first time, I never thought this would happen until grad day itself, but - today, we were talking, and I actually started to cry. I just realized, I'd be leaving my friends, my family for nine years at SPM. I'm really going to miss everyone, so I better make the most of the rest of our year. *sigh* What I'm really nervous about is our last prayer together as a class. I think that's when most of us(at least those from Kindergarten) are going to break down. *sniff* ='(
Our grad song is "It's so Hard to Say Goodbye" by Boyz II Men, and "Count on me" by I have no idea who. Didn't really want those songs, but, I guess I'll settle for less?
