RACK N RUN
Play on Training tables, Total out of 3 games.
Alphabetical Order - First player sits, breaks, then sinks as many balls as possible.
When first player misses a shot or scratches, his/her turn is over.
Second player repeats same steps as the first player.
Players may hit ANY ball.
Do NOT move the cue ball except on the break. Each turn is a RESET on table.
A scratch on the break is a re-rack.
If a player clears all 15 balls they reset and continue until they miss. Best out of 3 games.
The player that sinks the most balls wins.
If there is a tie, a 4th game is played to determine winner.
BANK THE 8
Played on rated tables.
The bank shot must be
a CLEAR bank shot. Either the 8 ball or the cue ball must visibly hit the rail
before the 8 ball is sunk. (Cue must hit before touching the 8-ball.)
No adjacent banks or you will not be declared the winner.
If you
do NOT bank the 8 ball, You will NOT be declared the winner.
QUICK SHOT COUNTDOWN
This is nothing more than a tourney of timed games that get quicker
each round.
The Finals match will be 10 second timers. For each round before that, add 5 seconds. (2 round tourney: 1st round 15 seconds, 2nd round 10 seconds).
4 CORNERS
Played on RATED tables
After the break, all balls must be pocketed in one of the four
corners.
If only one ball is made and it is in the top or bottom center
pocket, the player who did so must tap and give opponent ball in hand.
If you make a ball in a corner and another goes in top or bottom center pocket,
your turn continues.
The 8 can be made in any pocket unless otherwise
specified in the rules on that particular tourney page.
FIRST TO MAKE 8 BALL (also called Suicide or Kill the 8)
Played on UNRATED tables!!!
First to make the 8 ball after
the break is the winner.
You may use your opponent's ball to make the 8, but remember, if you miss, they will have ball in hand on their turn.
If the 8 ball goes in on the break, the game is replay.
FULL POWER BALL
Played on RATED tables
ALL shots must be made a FULL power.
Failure to shoot in the
proper manner will result in a disqualification.
You should pull back
the stick long enough for your opponent to verify that there is full power
on the power meter.
Do NOT shot until your opponent states they see
full power.
LAST POCKET
Played on RATED Tables
The 8 Ball must be made in the pocket where you made your last ball.
In the event your opponent makes your last ball during their turn, then
you should make the 8 in the last pocket where you made a ball.
Thus, it is important to keep track of where you are making your balls.
OPPONENTS CHOICE
Played on RATED tables
When your opponent gets to the 8 ball, you call the pocket where
they must make the 8.
This remains their designated 8 ball pocket for the remainder of the game.
PERFECT POOL
Games is regular 8 ball on UNRATED.
If
a player scratches or gives opponent ball in hand, they are declared the loser
of the match.
If neither scratches nor gives ball in hand, the winner
is the winner of the game as under normal rules.
If the 8 ball goes in
on the break it is a replay as in all other games.
Scratch on the
break does NOT count, it only gives opponent bih (ball in hand) to continue the
game.
No game should be decided on the break alone.
STRAIGHT POOL
Play on Training tables.
Player with the LOWER rating shoots
first.
Scratch on the break is a re-rack.
First player breaks
then shoots until he/she missed, or scratches.
Player may shoot ANY
ball at ANY time.
Balls sank on the break or on a scratch count for
score.
Once first player misses or scratches, second player sits, (does NOT re-rack) and shoots till he/she misses.
If no balls remain on
table, re-rack and continue.
Any break can NOT count as a miss.
Each ball is worth one point; First player to 21 points is the winner.
TOP 2 BOTTOM
Regular 8 Ball on RATED Tables.
After the
break, Solids go in Top Pockets and Stripes go in Bottom Pockets.
If
you sink two balls and one is in the correct pocket, then you keep your turn and keep shooting.
If you make your assigned ball in the wrong pocket,
then you must tap and give turn to opponent who is NOT to take bih (ball in
hand) but is to shoot from where the ball lies.
The 8 Ball should be shot as usual in any pocket that is nominated.
TOUCTURE TOURNEY
TD determines if Matches are RATED or UNRATED for each round
Every Round is a DIFFERENT tourney style.
Person Running
Tourney decides what type of game is to be played that round. EXAMPLE Round 1
is Bank the 8. Round 2 is Last Pocket. Round 3 is 4 Corners.
A ROUND THE CLOCK
Play on Training tables.
First player sits and breaks. If
that player sinks a ball on the break, he/she may continue shooting.
The first ball AFTER the break must be sunk in the top center pocket.
Second ball in the top right, third bottom right, fourth bottom center,
and so forth clock-wise around the table.
Players may hit any ball
EXCEPT for the 8 ball.
The 8-ball MUST be sunk last, in the appropriate
pocket.
A player's turn ends when he/she misses a shot, sinks a ball in
the wrong pocket, or scratches.
Do NOT move the cue ball except on the break or if player before you scratches. Must be a legal break (from behind the line).
A scratch on a break counts as a miss.
The player that sinks the 8-ball in the proper pocket wins.
CALL ALL YOUR SHOTS
Played on RATED tables
Players must call at the table ALL shots. This includes all balls
sank as result of after-effects of primary shot.
If ANY ball sinks that was not predicted, that player must tap the ball and give Ball-in-Hand to his/her opponent.
Failure to shoot in the proper manner will result in a disqualification.
PICK POCKETS
Played on RATED tables
At the beginning of each round, each player chooses 3 pockets. For
the duration of the match, ALL balls sank by that player (whether planned
or not) MUST be sank in the 3 pockets he/she picked.
If any balls are
sunk in the wrong pocket, player must tap the ball and give Ball-in-Hand to
his/her opponent.
Failure to shoot in the proper manner will result in a
disqualification.
8 BALL KILLER
Play on Training tables.
The player at the top of the
bracket goes first.
A player breaks. If a ball is sunk, he/she stands. If no balls sink, he/she takes one shot then stands.
Next player sits,
takes one shot, and then stands.
Do NOT move the cue ball except on a
break or if the player before you scratches. Must be a legal break (from behind the line).
Scratch on break is a re-rack.

sink a ball, scratches, or shoots out of turn, he/she loses one life.
