To understand the whole you must know every part,
Each word has a special meaning when looked at from the heart,
The "I" mean every bit of meh, all that you can find,
The inner meh, the outer meh, mah heart, mah soul, my mind,
The caring meh, the sharing meh, the eh that would hold your hand,
The meh you like, the meh you don't, do you understand?
The happy meh, the laughing meh, the meh that wants to cry,
All the things that make up meh, make that little single "I"
The "Love" is the most important part fur without it we cannot live,
It means to care, it means to share, it means to take and give,
It means to laught, it means to cry, it means to hugs and kiss.
It means to hold, and to let go, and so much more than this,
It means to help each other, it means to be as one.
The "YOU" means every bit of you, all that I can find,
The outer you, the inner you , your heart, your soul, your mind,
The shy you, the gentle you, the you I want to touch
The special you, the hidden you, the you I need so much,
The worried you, the sad you, the sweet you, the glad you,
All the things that make up you, make that single "YOU"
So no matter how it sounds or where we may be
When I said, "I LOVE YOU" it means all of this to meh.
