No wanted level:
R2(2), L1, R2, Up, Down, Up, Down, Up, Down. **

Higher wanted level:
R2(2), L1, R2, Left, Right, Left, Right, Left.**

All weapons:
R2(2), L1, R2, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right, Up. Repeat for more ammunition.

Unlimited Ammunition: 

Enable the All weapons cheat until the weapon you want is at 9999 shots. The next time your clip runs out, it will reload automatically but the magazine (9999) will stay the same.

Full health:
R2(2), L1, R1, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right, Up. If enabled during a mission where there is damage to the car, the meter will be reset to zero.

If the car is on fire use the Full health cheat to extinguish it. The cheat also repairs your car. You wont see the repairs, but it will act like a new car. If on a mission where you need to have a mint condition car, enabling the Full health cheat will fulfill the mint condition requirements.

Full armor:
R2(2), L1, L2, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right, Up.

More money:

R2(2), L1, L1, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right, Up. 

Destroy all cars:
L2, R2, L1, R1, L2, R2, Triangle, Square, Circle, Triangle, L2, L1.

Better driving skills:
R1, L1, R2, L1, Left, R1(2), Triangle.L3 or R3 to jump while driving.** 

Increased gore:
Square, L1, Circle, Down, L1, R1, Triangle, Right, L1, X.*,**

Overcast skies:
L1, L2, R1, R2(2), R1, L2, Square. 

Rain:

Normal weather:

Invisible cars:

Faster game play:

Slower game play:
Triangle, Up, Right, Down, Square, R1, R2 during game play. This also continues the effect of an adrenaline pill.

Speed up time:
Circle(3), Square(5), L1, Triangle, Circle, Triangle. Repeat cheat to increase effect.

Superman:
Right, R2, Circle, R1, L2, Down, L1, R1 during game play.

Different costume:
Press Right, Down, Left, Up, L1, L2, Up, Left, Down.

Pedestrians riot:

Pedestrians attack:
